Our passion is the original Neapolitan style, made PacNW through the best local ingredients. Using Smalls Family Farm Flour, locally sourced produce, meats, and cheeses, we create a seasonal variety based on what’s available. The basics include the Margherita, Prosciutto and Arugula, Pepperoni, and Squash with Sage Sausage. We are happy to tailor a variety of pies to meet your catering needs.

One of the best things ever is a mid-summer Caprese Sandwich – Fresh baked bread from our oven, with fresh heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and a drizzle of Condimenti (reduced balsamic). In the fall we like a duck confit with roasted squash rings.
